Teaching
Would you like to be more in your body? Would you like to change your patterns of behaviour, whether physical, emotional, or otherwise? Would you like a lens to better understand yourself in relation to the world around you? If so, this Embodied Awareness teaching is for you.
What It Is
The teaching takes place online, is more experiential than intellectual, and aims to equip you with the principles and tools to take charge of your life from the inside out. It is organised into three structured lessons, each complete in itself and forming the basis for the next. They are:
Lesson 1: Foundations
We explore three core elements: the information stored in our cells, the environment's influence on our body’s development, and how directives from family, community, and society shape our sense of the body and our perception of the world.

Lesson 2: Observations
Using a tree as a metaphor, we practise a simple breathing exercise that helps us sense our body as two main currents of sensation. We then draw on our knowledge from the previous lesson to identify where these currents may feel stagnant and gently enliven them.

Lesson 3: Interventions
We use our experience of the two currents of sensation to guide us through a series of exercises that can take us out of our deepest pockets of habit and into the expansive space of Embodied Awareness – a space in which life feels different and authentic insights can arise.

Investment
Each lessons costs €90 and lasts 60 minutes, including time for questions and answers.
